This ensures we can guarantee the quality of each order to meet your expectations, whilst ensuring it is shipped from our production hub in pristine condition. With this in mind, unfortunately, Unique Canvas does not operate a returns policy if you have changed your mind or ordered by mistake.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your purchase and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
Please retain all original packaging and canvas pieces as we may require photos of the damage caused by transit.
